Born to Run: A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen by Christopher McDougall
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
I enjoyed this book a lot, as a runner there are a lot of things from the book that I can apply to life and my running. The runners and personalities detailed in this book were defiantly engaging and fun. This book makes me want to reach for the unobtainable, because no matter how much self-doubt I have I can always do more than I think I can.
