T25 Focus: Day 35

We finished the second week of T25 Focus: Beta, the seventh week in total.  The Beta cycle is completely different then Alpha and it's kept new and fresh.  There is a lot more focus on upper body with the use of weights, but don't worry the cardio will still make you sweet like you just ran several miles.

So far, I'm still loving it!
